No matter how much I like Starbucks Coffee, the roast is never exactly the same from bag to bag. I get my own home roasting length down to the second. I never allow a batch to roast for more than 7:35 and the flavor is exactly the same every time. As soon as the coffee is roasted. I immediately place into an airtight container into the freezer to prevent the beans from cooling off too slowly. This, in my opinion, really locks in the flavor. Is a Home Coffee Roaster worth it?
