The Cholesterol Myths
Nobody knows more about cholesterol than Dr. Uffe Ravnskov. He is one of the early pioneers in dispelling the myths about cholesterol's role in heart disease and useless, potentially harmful low-fat diet recommendations. His website consists of nine cholesterol myths. Clicking on each one of them will provide detailed statistical facts and explanations on why cholesterol and dietary fat have little to do with heart disease. Each of these myths are supported with meticulous references and footnotes, so you can verify their accuracy. Dr. Uffe Ravnksov will also be introducing an updated version of his blockbuster book, The Cholesterol Myths. I will update this page as soon as more information becomes available on his new book.
