If you're not happy with the computer service you are getting, you are not alone. Recent customer-satisfaction surveys reveals that 9 out of 10 users confess the desire to hang their computer technician with a floppy cable.  Worse yet, 90% of those surveyed are doing their own computer service.  Simply put, this means that 81% of all computer users are at risk of committing suicide.  You would think there is a better way to solve computer problems than killing yourself.  You would think the government would provide Free Online Training.
